Abacus is looking for outstanding Foot Patrol Officers/Shift Supervisors/Command Center Operators to work at one of our top client locations in Baltimore’s Harbor East.

Pay Rate:

  • $16.50-$18.50 per hour- Depending on experience
  • Full health and vision benefits
  • Paid vacation after a year of employment
  • PTO time
  • 1.5X pay for major holidays, birthdays and any hours worked over 40
  • Serene atmosphere

Available Shifts:

  • Part time for overnight shifts (10.30PM-7AM)
  • Part time for afternoon shifts (2.30PM-11PM)
  • Part time for morning shifts (6.30AM-3PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
  • Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
  • Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
  • Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
  • Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations

Qualifications:

  • Must be atleast 21 years of age
  • Customer-oriented personality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work in outside weather
