Our specialized process ensures that we get to know our candidates so that we can tailor their job search and professional goals by designing a strategic plan to further develop the individual's skills. As part of our seamless onboarding, each new candidate becomes part of the Abacus family and learns the tenants of The Abacus Way.


Abacus candidates undergo career coaching and receive continual support from the time we meet you through the application process, interviewing, placement and beyond. Candidates also receive on-the-job training through our clients to ensure they can perform their new job as expected.
