Michele Massaro joined the Abacus team in 2008 as Vice President of Strategic Relationships. She has enjoyed significant success in the staffing and corporate services industries. In 2019 she was named Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, Michele oversees revenue streams and has accountability for driving increased revenue by leveraging and aligning all revenue-generating departments: Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience/Customer Success. She is integral in mentorship and develop of the next generation of Abacus leaders!

A Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) recognized by the American Staffing Association (ASA), Michele is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology.

Michele is a proud mom to four sons; enjoys travel with her husband and family.
