Michael Brady, Abacus’ inaugural Chief Administrative Officer since 2021, orchestrates the seamless functioning of various critical business aspects. His purview encompasses human resources, Workers’ Compensation, risk management, insurance, benefits, and a spectrum of other essential functions.

In his preceding role as Chief Operating Officer from 2005 to 2021, Mr. Brady played a pivotal role in steering Abacus through a period of unparalleled growth. This era witnessed the expansion of Abacus in terms of service offerings, geographical locations, and overall revenue.

Mr. Brady's journey with Abacus began in 1996, following his graduation from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Journalism. Throughout his tenure, he has navigated through various roles, showcasing his versatility and commitment to the company's success.

A holder of the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation conferred by the Society for Human Resource Management, Michael Brady also earned the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation from the American Staffing Association, showcasing his dedication to professional excellence.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Brady actively engages in community service, assuming leadership roles in civic, faith-based, and charitable organizations.
