Katina has been in the staffing industry for more than 10 years. In May 2015 she started her journey with Abacus Staffing. At that time, she was an Onsite Manager and within four months with the company, she became a member of the Regional Operations team. In this role, she worked across multiple markets, alongside the VP of Operations, developing and implementing policies and procedures. She has accomplished a lot professionally and personally since her time here. Katina is a graduate of Bethel University, with a B.S. degree in Organizational Leadership. She sits on the Board of a nonprofit organization, and volunteers with several other organizations helping those in her local community. She prides herself on excellence and continuing to be totally committed to doing things "The Abacus Way!"
