In June 2012, Haley joined Abacus as a summer intern. She graduated in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Roanoke College and joined full time as a Business Process Manager. Since she has been at Abacus, she has been involved in many areas of the business from marketing and finance to industry research. In 2019, she joined the OSC team to support field operations companywide.

Outside of the office, Haley enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with friends, family and her two dogs.
