Donna joined the Abacus team in 2015 as a Staffing Specialist with 20 years of prior recruitment experience. In 2020, she was promoted to Sr. Staffing Specialist and oversees the Richmond Office. With extensive knowledge of the industry, Donna specializes in full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, attending her sons games and other sporting events, including basketball and boxing. She also volunteers in the community helping to feed and clothe the homeless.
