Greenfield, IN - Clerical Superstar Wanted!

Customer Service Representative. Starting pay is $18 per hour, Monday – Friday 8a-4p

 

This job includes:

 

 

 

  • Customer service representative
    • Assigned individual customer accounts
    • Creating orders in the system
    • Shipping orders in the system
    • Creating labels
    • Staying in contact with your accounts
    • Checking orders
    • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as warehouse staff, supervisors, and coworkers.
  • Address all internal and external customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner to a successful resolution

 

 

 

  • Helping at the drivers window
    • Checking in/out drivers to their appointments
    • Communicating with the warehouse on the radio/walkie talkie
    • Keeping up with appointments / organizing documents
    • Confirming and updating appointments on our online schedule
    • Multi-tasking - prioritizing and managing multiple things at one time.

 

 

 

            Qualifications and Work Experience

 

  • Should be minimum OUTLOOK/EMAIL/PHONE ETIQUETTE
  • Should have at least 1 year experience working in an office/data entry position.
  • Preferably someone that has had a good record of holding a position at previous companies.
  • I would like to have references to contact if possible.
