Pay Rate: $15/hr

Days/Hours: Training will last for 6-8 weeks on site in Hunt Valley.  Once you have completed your in person training you will work remotely. 

 Job Duties/Responsibilities 

• Answer calls and respond to emails.
• Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Enter new customer information into system.
• Route calls to appropriate resource.
• Follow up customer calls where necessary.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

 Qualifications 

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions
• Must have basic math skills (word problems, percentages, multiplying fractions)
• Must be able to write paragraphs to summarize conversations to your client (pre-assignment testing on this)
