Abacus Staffing , a leading provider of talent in the Atlanta area has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative with call center experience . This is a temp to perm opportunity.
The CSR job entails providing comprehensive support to the day to day operations of the warehouse facility. Ideal candidates will be able to keep up in a fast-paced demanding environment, follow-up on customer claims, and talk to dealers about multiple topics.
Your skills and experience
Skills and/or Experience:
Previous warehouse experience for logistics positions only
Comfortable handling multiple inbound and outbound calls
Effectively type 10-key
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficient Data Entry Skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel and any Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is highly desired
Ability to efficiently solve problems
Exercise initiative in following up on pending issues and orders
Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
Ability to successfully communicate- both verbal and written
Knowledge of:
Basic computer skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service
Pay: 9.50-13.00/hr
Location: Atlanta, GA
